As a student navigating the world, I'm excited to share my experiences, insights and learned a lesson with you. My high school journey took an unexpected turn when I got transferred to the Special Program in the Arts (SPA). I discovered my passion for Media Arts, which became the discipline that stuck with me. I'm looking forward to sharing my story and the lesson I've learned along the way.
Media Arts isn't a walk in the park, but it's also not insurmountable- the key is having a genuine passion for it. When choosing your discipline, it's crucial to pick something that truly resonates with you, making the journey more enjoyable and rewarding.
When I started my journey in Media Arts, photography and filming were the first topics I learned about. Our first task was capturing a photo using the rule of third, and we also made our own music video.
Recital is a program exclusive to SPA learners. where every discipline prepares a presentation that aligns with their specific field. Since we're Media Arts students, we prepare a short film with a meaningful message. I was appointed as one of the actors, and I was delighted because I showcase my skills and contribute to preparing our presentation. Many students believe that SPA is extremely challenging, but I think the difficulty level really depends on the individual. If you have a genuine passion for your craft and a willingness to learn, the challenges become more manageable. For me, being in SPA has been a great experience, and I've found that the key to success lies in embracing your talents, honing your skills, and being open to growth and learning.
